Throughout the world, numerous researchers are now examining the power of the substances in wine. Their studies are published in specialist journals such as the O.I.V. (Office International du Vin), the British Medical Journal, the Lancet, the International Journal of Epidemiology, etc.

A fairly exhaustive list of these publications (over 200 references) is given in the book by Michel Montignac, Boire du vin pour rester en bonne santé (Drink wine to keep healthy), published in France by Flammarion, which we consulted to produce this modest presentation.
